NoelleLeslie dela Cruz is an associate professor at De La Salle University in Manila,where she received her Ph.D. in philosophy, and where she is currently takingmy M.F.A. in creative writing. She usually divides her year between Manila andNew Jersey, USA, where her parents live. She attended the National WritersWorkshop in Silliman University, Dumaguete City. Her poems have won the PhilippinesFree Press Literary Awards (2009) and the DLSU Literary Awards (2000).

Virginie Colline is aFrench translator living in Paris. Her poems have appeared in TheScrambler, Haiku Journal, The Asahi Haikuist Network, The Mainichi DailyNewsBoston Literary Magazine, EgoPHobia, SubliminalInteriors and StepAway Magazine, among others.

Katrina Madarang is anadvertising copywriter.

R. Torres Pandan is apoet, fictionist, and lawyer. He is writing his first novel. He has collectedhis poems in a book titled Days of Grace(USLS Press, 2005). He has been a fellow at the Silliman and UP Writers workshops,and a senior fellow at the USLS Iyas Writers Workshop. He is presently Dean ofthe College of Law of the University of St. La Salle and lives in Bacolod Citywith his wife and three children.

Rae Rival is an educational materials writer. She obtained her collegedegree in Literature and Literacy from St. Scholastica's College, Manila andwas inducted as a member of Linangan sa Imahen, Retorika, at Anyo (LIRA) in2011.

Holly Day is a housewife and mother of two living inMinneapolis, Minnesota. Her poetry has recently appeared in Hawai’i Pacific Review, The Oxford American,and Slipstream. Her book publicationsinclude Music Composition for Dummies,Guitar-All-in-One for Dummies, and MusicTheory for Dummies, which have recently beentranslated into French, Dutch, Spanish, Russian, and Portuguese.

Allan Michael (Changming) Yuan, author of Chansons of a Chinaman and three-timePushcart nominee, and who published several monographs before emigrating out ofChina, currently teaches in Vancouver and has poetry appearing in Barrow Street, Best Canadian Poetry,BestNewPoemsOnline, Exquisite Corpse, London Magazine and numerous otherpublications worldwide.

Rafael San Diego obtained his AB in English Literature atthe Ateneo de Manila University and went on to write and read his poetry almostevery other week at the Happy Mondays Poetry Night of the lamentably defunctMag:Net Katipunan Gallery Cafe. He has accumulated enough for a first book. Hewrites that he is paid to be a geek (a product specialist) at a wireless companyin Makati City.

Vaughan Rapatahana is a New Zealand Maori poet whose wife is fromPampanga, Philippines. They live and work in Hong Kong but are “always going toour other homes.” His works have been published worldwide in a variety of genres.His two collections of poetry are China as Kafka (Kilmog Press, Dunedin,Aotearoa-New Zealand, 2011) and Home Away Elsewhere (Proverse, HongKong.)

Albert B. Casuga, a Philippine-born writer, lives inMississauga, Ontario, Canada, where he continues to write poetry, fiction, andcriticism after his retirement from teaching. A graduate of the University ofSanto Tomas, Manila (major in Literature and English, magna cum laude), hetaught Criticism, Theory, and Creative Writing at the Philippines' De La SalleUniversity and San Beda College. He has authored books of poetry, shortstories, literary theory and criticism. His latest work, A Theory of Echoes and Other Poems, was published in February 2009by the University of Santo Tomas Publishing House. His fiction and poetry werepublished by online literary journals Asia Writes and Coastal Poems recently.

Marjorie Evasco is one ofthe principal Filipino poets writing in English and in her native Cebuano. She has received various writingresidencies, including the Rockefeller in Villa Serbelloni in Bellagio, Italy,and the International Writers Retreat in Midlothian, Scotland. She haspublished several books of poetry and literary and art journalism. Dr. Marj hasheld the Julia Vargas professorial chair for Philippine literature at her homeuniversity, De La Salle in Manila.

Romulo P.Baquiran Jr, the 2011 SEA Write prizewinner from the Philippines,is a poet and teacher of Creative Writing at the U.P. Department ofFilipino. He is also an editor of books, including Pablo Neruda: MgaPiling Tula with National Artist Virgilio Almario, Kuwentong Siyudadwith Roland B. Tolentino and Alwin Aguirre, and with Mario Miclat and producedthe tribute Beauty for Ashes: Remembering Maningning Miclat. Baquiranhas won several Palanca awards, while his Onyx  (UP Press, 2003) won theNational Book Award. He attended the Silliman Workshop and is a member of LIRA. Hehas served as deputy director of the UP ICW and is now a fellow for poetry.
